Great food and service watch for the Greek nights on Thursdays. Also, their brunches on the weekends are very good. Ambiance could be better but who cares when the food is so good.

Pretty good spot on Ditmars. The corn fritters are delicious and the burger hits the spot. I definitely recommend those!

I love this restaurant for brunch and dinner. They use fresh, quality, healthy ingredients. It's hard to find a good omelette or chicken that's not dry and Thirsty Koala consistently gets it right! Service is very friendly. I like the local, non-pretentious vibes. Kid friendly.

We havent been to this spot in a long time (according to yelp 8 years ago too long). so when we were visiiting family nearby we planned to grab a bite to eat here! There was no wait time as it was on a whim to get dinner around 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated immediately I am not sure when the place was updated but they did such a beautiful job. Many tables. Nice open bar area. They defintely explanded. We ordered the grilled octopus for appetizer. Wow some of the best i have had since MP Taverna was around. That place closed but i know if i want a craving for tender octopus i am coming here! My husband got the salmon for his main and he practically licked the plate clean he also ordered the mule and really enjoyed it especially with the sprig of fresh rosemary his favorite herb For my main i opted for the lamb lollies. Perfectly cooked medium as i requested I am looking forward to returning sooner so keep up the solid meals Koala!

Stopped by here late on a Sunday afternoon and made it just in time before they closed for brunch. We opted to dine outside since it was such a nice day. The outdoor seating area was comfy and spacious. The brunch menu seemed pretty standard so I chose an omelette, but went with the Blue Lake, since it had capers, dill, and smoked trout. I've never had an omelette with trout in it but this one was a winner! I also appreciate how they allowed me to sub the goat cheese with feta. I would definitely recommend choosing the hand cut fries as your pairing. Though they made a mistake on my order and gave me the home fries instead, the mistake was quickly remedied when I spoke up. Service was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. I'd definitely come back for brunch in the area.

We came here for dinner and were very much enjoyed it! They have great HH deals, though we didn't make it in time. Will have to come back! For appetizer, we got Corn and Jalapeno Fritters. For my main, I got the Organic Gnocchi White Truffle Cream Sauce with Spinach and Portobello + Chicken. The pasta was absolutely delicious. The truffle sauce really came through. Unfortunately, I was not a huge fan of the fritters. It came with sour cream that was very solid and I think it would've been better with like a habanero dipping sauce. I also got to go a Wagyu Beef Bonzer Burger for my boyfriend. It was fire!! I always say if food can taste great after sitting in a box for 30 minutes, then it's GREAT. The burger was juicy and the flavors were great. Overall, great service and our server even gave us free limoncello shots at the end!

Had the 10th anniversary Ned Kelly sandwich, minus the bell peppers. The sauce on the side was spicy for me. Was pretty good but my friend wasn't impressed with her Todman Ave sandwich. I chose grilled veggies, minus bell peppers again. I think I liked the grilled veggies more than the sandwich. The zucchini was especially good, slightly sweet & crunchy, grilled to perfection. I wanted a milkshake & they made me 1 even tho they don't serve milkshakes. I personally think all restaurants should sell milkshakes but up to them. The milkshake had shaved chocolate, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream & was milk chocolately. My friend got house fries which weren't actually fries. They were potato chunks covered in bell peppers. They gave us actual fries later on which was much appreciated. The actual fries are pretty good. Service was excellent this time.
